Davie Motorsport seeking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Team. This position is full-time with working hours from 7:30 am-6pm Monday through Friday. 

         Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Greeting customers.

  • Reviewing and organizing service work with the customer upon arrival and pickup.

  • Answering incoming service-related calls and emails.

  • Scheduling and maintaining service appointments.

  • Quoting service jobs via phone and email.

  • Ordering parts from various sources for service work.

  • Maintaining and tracking work orders from booking to completion . 

          Requirements: 

  • A passion for European  cars.

  • Previous experience as a service advisor. 

  • Strong computer skills. 

  • Polite and confident phone demeanor. 

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment (answering phones, emails, customer service, and working with service technicians).

  • Articulate, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.

                                                    EURO Auto Technician

 

Davie Motorsport has an opening for an experienced Automotive Technician / Auto Mechanic with multi-faceted experience. Applicants must have professional technical experience with European vehicles. Familiarity with performance parts and exotic cars is a plus. You would be working in a clean, state-of-the-art facility, working mostly on European vehicles.
